Return & Refund Policy

At KEEPING SUNDAY, every piece is made to order specifically for you. Because production begins individually for each order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. We ask that you carefully review your artwork, size, material, and frame selections before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your piece arrives damaged, or there is a defect in the print, frame, or canvas, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@keepingsunday.com with your order number, multiple photographs showing the damage or defect, and photographs of the exterior packaging from all sides, including any visible shipping damage.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no charge. Please retain the original artwork and packaging until your claim has been resolved, as additional photographs or return of the damaged piece may occasionally be required.

Final Sale

Because every Keeping Sunday piece is produced to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing preferences, frame or material selections, or differences in color appearance.

Please review all product descriptions and measurements carefully before ordering. If you are deciding between sizes, materials, or frame finishes, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to assist.

Custom sizes, custom cropping, personalized pieces, and other commissioned work are also final sale.

Color & Material Variations

We make every effort to represent our artwork and finishes accurately. Please keep in mind that color can vary slightly between screens and the finished piece due to differences in monitor and device settings.

Fine art paper and canvas also have their own natural surface characteristics and texture. These variations are inherent to the materials and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when a replacement cannot reasonably be provided or when otherwise required by applicable law. Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
