2. Products and Pricing
All products are made to order. We make reasonable efforts to display colors, materials, and finishes as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual product, particularly frame color and canvas texture. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or errors in pricing or product information. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card information.
4. Made-to-Order Production and Shipping
Because each piece is printed and produced to order, production times may vary by product and size. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided at checkout or in your order confirmation, but these are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our site, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Because products are made to order, cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after purchase; we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including images, product designs, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of KEEPING SUNDAY or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. If you upload or submit custom artwork or images for a custom print order, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content, or have obtained all necessary permissions, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your submission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the proper functioning of the site, or to submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent payment information.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
Our site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including payment processors and shipping carriers, that are not owned or controlled by KEEPING SUNDAY. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except as required by applicable law.
